11 Awesome Android Travel Apps To Assist You This Summer Planning to travel this summer? What about using your Android phone to take care of all your travel needs?

Here we have a list of Android apps that can be very useful while you travel. We tried to include all the relevant ones here. But if you know some good ones outside our list, feel free to share it with us in the comment section.

1 ) GPS Compass Maps

Definitely an Android app a traveller would not want to miss! The gadget holder's movement is shown on the map. There is a compass that leads the person to the place where he/she intends to go. There is also an off-road map mode (ordinary map) that comes in handy when there is no internet access.

Wikitude is a very useful Android travel app, based on Augmented Reality.
